Whenever possible I like to do my homework (pardon the pun!) prior to sending a referral through the CB channels. I review my on-going personal files for top agents I have referred to previously, and also check in with the network associations I belong to in order to select several prospective referral agents. I like to review their web sites and reference information, then “telephone interview” to try and be sure of a good match before routing through Coldwell Banker.
Usually this turns out well. On rare occasion there is a personality mis-match. In the unlikely event this happens, I need to know ASAP because then I can obtain a replacement agent.
