In 1976 I started my career in multi-family property management overseeing the start-up of new communities. In 1980, I transitioned into residential sales working at small family owned and large corporate companies. I opened my own brokerage in 1984. In 1990, I moved to Dallas, Texas. I worked on-site for David Weekley Homes, a national builder. My position advanced my skills in the new construction side of the industry. After five years at the production level I moved into the custom home market. I acquired more direct customer contact and average price-point was $1,000,000+. In 1999, I moved to the Phoenix Metroplex area and have worked for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Valley as an Executive Sales Associate. I have consistently achieved numerous awards for sales production.
In addition, I also serve on the Cartus, SIRVA and Affinity Corporate Relocation teams. I cover the cities of Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Mesa, Queen Creek, Gold Canyon, South Scottsdale, San Tan Valley, SE Phoenix, Tempe and Maricopa. I am a full-time agent dedicated to serving the needs of buyers, sellers, investors and REO clients. In addition, I have worked as a part-time pre-licensing Instructor for a private real estate school since 2006. I am an Associate Broker and hold the NAR Designations of CRS, ABR, SFR, E-Pro and am a member of the Masters of Real Estate Society (MRE) for the State of Arizona.
My clients, whose names are available upon request, can tell you that the services I provide have helped them in the enjoyment of their home and the resale of their property. I educate my clients on market conditions. I embrace strategies that prudently identify desirable properties for buyers and employ innovative marketing techniques for the sellers. I find a hands-on, friendly, pragmatic approach works best for me. I work in a fast-paced, ever changing, unstable market and it is imperative I stay actively engaged so my clients can depend on my vision for their real estate needs.
